Emperor Qin was a harsh emperor because he had harsh laws, also people had to pay taxes because that was his rule. Fusu was Qin’s oldest son and when Fusu’s dad died he kept all the laws as the same as his father did and ruled exactly how he did too.

Liu Bang and his army killed every single one of Fusu’s people and they planned on killing Fusu the last one. After the war Liu Bang has took over the Qin dynasty and he has abandoned the harsh Qin laws, reduced taxes, and protected the people. People are appreciating how Liu Bang is taking care of them and how his feeding them and this is why Liu Bang is the best emperor of all time.
